This service is web base self service that allow you, the Customer request for a specific service at your own convineint without involving an interaction between any online customer representative and you get the service delivered on time.

The MTN WEB SELF SERVICE offer's a 24hrs support, and gives you immediate access to the information you need. You can check the status of your request and know when it is completed, the Self Service provides all the services provided by dialing 180.
